Absolutely. We offer a free trial session so you can see if we're the right fit. Just give us a call or shoot an email to schedule it. No strings attached, no pressure.

Just comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and maybe a towel. We've got all the equipment you'll need. If you're doing Olympic lifting, bring lifting shoes if you have 'em, but it's not required.

Usually within a few hours during business days. Sometimes within minutes if we're at the desk. Weekends might take a bit longer, but we'll get back to you by Monday morning at the latest.

Yeah, we can do video calls if that works better for you. Especially helpful if you're considering our nutrition planning services or personal training before coming in for the physical stuff.
